Thursday 25th January is Burn’s night, why not celebrate with a haggis Burns Night is a vibrant celebration of all things Scottish and is a popular event for Scots around the world

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrost (in a refrigerator) overnight Once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze.   

Cooking instructions, 
Remove: the outer plastic packaging.
Wrap: the haggis tightly in foil.
Place: the foil-wrapped haggis into a pot.
Cover: with water, ensuring the water is simmering (not boiling fiercely) to prevent the haggis from bursting.
Simmer: for about 1 hour or until it is piping hot throughout. Cooking times are a guide times may vary.
Serve: the haggis.

Important Tips
 Never: let the water boil fiercely, as this can cause the haggis to burst. 
 Always: cook the haggis until it is piping hot all the way through to ensure it is safe to eat.
