Cooking instructions to begin, place the saucepan of water on the stove and bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, switch the hotplate off and put the saveloys in water. Replace the lid on top and leave it to steam for 10 minutes. 
To tell if the sausage is cooked it needs 160°f. Check with a thermometer, then drain, serve, and enjoy.
