Originating from the heart of Central Europe, the Kransky (or Kranjska Klobasa) is known for its robust, smoky flavour and satisfying bite. Our version stays true to its roots, combining premium cuts of coarsely ground pork with a classic blend of garlic, cracked black pepper, and a hint of spice.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below

Cooking Instructions Boiling
This is a fast and simple method for heating the sausages. 
1.    Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2.    Add the kransky sausages and simmer for about 8 minutes, or until warmed through.
3.    For extra flavor, you can finish the sausages on the grill for a few minutes after boiling to give the casing a nice snap.
