This sauce is aromatic and perfectly balanced featuring a complex blend of spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, and fresh ginger, all suspended in a thick, hearty gravy wrapped in golden pastry with not too much of a kick.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrost (in a refrigerator) overnight once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack do not refreeze
Cooking instructions Microwave (from fully defrosted) Times may vary on cooking
Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes Allow to stand, 1 minute before serving.;
Air Fryer (from fully defrosted):
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (355°F). .
Place pie in the basket and heat for 12–15 minutes, until pastry is crisp and heated through.
adjust as needed if the pie isn't quite done cook for a few more minutes cooking times are a guide times may vary.
Rest for about 2 minutes before serving.to allow it to finish cooking and the filling to cool slightly
